This beautiful pendant features a heart-shaped design with approximately 33 Natural Diamonds set in prongs. The pendant is made of 10k Yellow Gold and comes with an 18-inch wheat chain. It is perfect for anniversaries or birthdays and is marked "iR" and "10k" and the necklace was from R.H. Macy & Co. The pendant is a charm type and has a spring ring closure. All of the stones are round in shape and they are white/colorless and there are two short rows of them on each side of the heart, but not the entire sides. They were able to leave just enough gold to poke through. The pendant weighs 3.4g and would be a great first addition to a necklace stack!
